We check our email throughout the day, send responses, answer questions, process orders and ship packages. Should the need arise to make or receive phone calls, numbers will be exchanged at that time. But for the most part, we are in and out of the office on a regular basis. This is best resolved by automation and for that reason, our site is set up accordingly.
