ORDER CONFIRMATION- We do not, as a matter of practice, send order confirmation emails, since merchant gateways routinely send them. We prefer to go directly to processing for faster shipping.
We will, however, send a shipping confirmation, that will contain your itemized order. If you would still desire an order confirmation, please let us know in the comments box on the order page, or you can send us an email if you prefer. |
PRIVACY- Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This also includes information pertaining to gift recipients. We operate through a merchant gateway so we do not have access to any financial information.

SHIPPING- We ship world wide. Where cost does not prohibit, we ship U.S.P.S. PRIORITY whenever possible.
HOWEVER, any deliveries outside the U.S. are subject to a shipping surcharge. (APO/FPO are considered domestic - no worries there.)
Orders for delivery outside the U.S. MUST visit the link below which will take you to the "ORDERS OUTSIDE THE U.S." page. Click on the appropriate surcharge and proceed with order as normal. NO ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE U.S. UNLESS THE APPROPRIATE SURCHARGE HAS BEEN ADDED. NO EXCEPTIONS. All payments are in U.S. Dollars.
You must include the full address to include both the street address and P.O. Box if applicable. Inaccuracy on the part of the purchaser may result in additional shipping costs. |
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and GSA Smart Pay. We also accept PayPal. Either way it's fast and easy. Be sure that your street address and 5 digit zip code of your billing address match with that on the records of your credit provider. At times, merchant gateways can be finicky. If you experience trouble making an order, send us an email and we will do what we can to solve any technical issues.
On occasion, we get requests for payment by U.S.P.S. Postal Money Order. This is acceptable as means of payment. However, the order will not ship until the payment has cleared. This can take 10 business days.

After your package arrives, you have 14 days to return if you choose. The product(s) must be in new condition, unused and undamaged. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Note: Books are non-returnable items as well as combination offers that include books. In the case of a factory defect, however remote as items are inspected before shipping, even non-returnable items can be exchanged for an identical item.
